Season by season the menu is set up following recipes of the typical Piedmontese cuisine, elaborated with inventiveness using natural products. It offers a series of apetizers, a rich first course, two second courses plus side dish and it also includes wine, cakes, coffe and pusa-caffè

In summer, or throughout the year if previously reserved, you can taste great mixed grills and “carni alla losa” (various types of meat cooked on slabs of local stone) in the spacious panoramic dehore.
